KUSADASI, EPHESUS
Today, wander the ancient streets of Ephesus with it’s well preserved colonnaded Arcadian Way, Hadrian’s Temple, Celcius Library and amazing Ampitheatre (stil used today for modern concerts!). You will also visit StJohn’s Basilica and discover the place where the Virgin Mary spent her last days. The day would not be completed without a visit to the site of the Temple of Artemis and a visit to a rug maker to findout about the local craft this country is famous for – carpet weaving. KUSADASI, PAMUKKALE
Early morning departure for Pamukkale. View the geographical phenomenon of this unique calcium waterfall. After lunch we tour Hierapolis, an ancient health spa with the largest Necropolis in the Asia Minor area. Visit the impressive ruins and splendid theatre and the remains of Basilica of St. Phillip, before returning to Kusadasi. Overnight Kusadasi. (B,L,D) |  |
