Today is an arrival day, so without further ado... welcome to Greece! Today, we meet our guide and fellow travelling companions. Overnight Athens

Early morning departure for the breathtaking Island of Santorini. Soak up the sun today and relax on the beach or perhaps explore the picturesque capital, Fira. Overnight Santorini (B)

Take an optional boat trip in the world's biggest volcanic crater above sea level. Visit the active volcano, swim in the warm thermal waters and take a therapeutic mud bath. Overnight Santorini (B)

Arrive in Mykonos and explore the white-washed town or head for the beach before experiencing the completely outrageous Mykonian nightlife. Overnight Mykonos (B)

Spend another day on the beach or take an optional day trip to the neighbouring island of Delos. This Mecca of Ancient Greece is today an island wide, open-air museum. Overnight Mykonos (B)

Another day on the beach in paradise, before we catch an afternoon ferry to Samos (depending on ferry schedules). Overnight Samos or Mykonos (B)

Today, we make our way to Turkey with free time to explore Samos town or Kusadasi (depending on ferry schedules). Overnight Kusadasi (B, D)

Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour of Ephesus and a visit to the Temple of Artemis. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the ancient city and stadium. Carpet weaving has long traditions in Turkey. At the carpet village we learn how the carpets are made by hand and what determines their value. Overnight Kusadasi (B, D)

Today is a day for choices. You can choose to do an optional tour to Pamukkale, paddle in the natural calcium formations and visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, or maybe you would prefer to visit the Ottoman-Greek village of Sirince, trying some of their specialty fruit wines. Today we drive along the Aegean coast to the ancient city of Pergamum. We visit the magnificent Acropolis of Pergamum, its impressive temples and library that made Pergamum a renowned cultural and political centre in its time. We then drive to Troy to tour this legendary city. Overnight Canakkale (B, D)

After breakfast, we visit the WWI Battlefields of Gallipoli including Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair Memorials, Anzac Cove, the Nek, Johnston's Jolly and Gallipoli Museum, before driving to Istanbul. Overnight Istanbul (B)

Tour the exotic city that spans both Europe and Asia visiting the Blue Mosque, the Aya Sofya, Topkapi Palace, the Basilica underground cistern and the Hippodrome. Overnight Istanbul (B)

After breakfast our tour concludes and we say goodbye to our new friends. (B)
